Because I look and talk like them, and don't advertise my social rebellious upbringing, they tell me the craziest things - Only those who own land should get to vote. Taxes ARE slavery. This is about INDIVIDUAL rights Basically, they read the constitution as giving them the right to conquer.
As I think about it, the American constitution was written when the goal was conquering a continent of heathen savages and bringing them Jesus. The right to conquer was probably implied - 250 YEARS AGO!!!
While we were all diverted with rights to privacy, when life begins and such they snuck a bunch of wanna be nobility onto the court, and we never thought to ask the right questions. When we did ask, like with Bourque, they're lawyers. They weasel worded their way through but never answered.
Meanwhile they kept telling us we must do to prevent this and we constantly ignored them - amend the constitution! We got away with laws which didn't pass rigorous constitutional analysis by appointing activist courts. Now, we're paying the butcher's bill.
