We didn't go high, we went soft. Now Donald Trump has baited us into abandoning a strategic approach to actually winning elections and fixing our country. We're fighting scared, when we should be fighting smart. We have a strong message, and I'm taking that message to CA-5.

Democrats need to actually change their strategy and start investing in every race. No more cowering in our blue strongholds. Republicans have defined use because we've receded from rural America. We need to get out and win these races like the state Senate race in Iowa.
We flip the House in 2026 with a strong message of getting shit down and going to work for people, and then drive that thru into 2028 to flip the Senate and the WH. With unified gov, we actually do the stuff we say. Get rid of the filibuster and pass a ton of government reform.
If Dems don't change their strategy and messaging in a strong way, we might win in 2026 or 2028, but we won't fix the rot and MAGA will come back strong in 2030. And we'll run into the same problems we are now.
I think the Dems have started to change the message by telling Republicans if you want to play games then let's play, the Chicago way. we aren't winning anything in 2026 if we don't start there. trump already is laying ground work to steal 2026. why do you think he is sending troops to blue cities?
