I’m from Chicago which is one of the most segregated cities overall, but there were still culturally mixed neighborhoods (not sure now since I moved in 1999.) Rent in neighborhoods was determined by income, not ethnicity. In Milwaukee, it’s pretty much the same. This tiktok confuses me.
