In an interview she described season 3 in one word with revelations, so I imagine it will be the whole plot around Lilith. And I imagine that the end of season 2 will give us a little indication of where season 3 will go.

I can't really know, but I wouldn't think Lute's revenge will be against Niffty. It'll probably be more against the Morningstars and Vaggie. I don't think she even saw who actually killed Adam. If someone attacks Niffty, I have the impression that it will be Vox to reach Alastor.
