Oh yes, I should add, unpeeled banana. The science of this is something about offgassing from the tomatoes and banana being captured inside the brown paper bag and helping to speed the ripening.

I only tried it with a whole banana & I replaced the banana with a new one partway through the 21 days. Probably less messy that way 🍅
