In all fairness to NY, their Constitution is more difficult and will take longer to ratify. They have begun the process but it won’t be completed by 2026 (due to rules) but could be ratified before the 2028 elections

I've listened to Gov Hochul talk in support of redistricting NY by changing the NY Constitution & that NY stands w the Texas Dems who broke quorum.But then I saw her being interviewed about this, & her response was that if TX would just "quit it" then things can "go back to normal." *cue eye roll🙄
