Why would you accept as a fait accompli the contested actions of a wannabe dictator? This looks like obeying in advance; I honestly don't understand why you'd do it unless it's for sensationalism. You note in the article that the firing is contested but headline and frame ignore that critical fact.
(I don't mean that I'm sure Ms Cook will prevail -- I mean that you shouldn't undercut her effort to assert that she hasn't actually been fired through your agreeing that Trump's actions have the force of law.)
