You note in the article that the firing is contested but headline and frame ignore that critical fact.

(I don't mean that I'm sure Ms Cook will prevail -- I mean that you shouldn't undercut her effort to assert that she hasn't actually been fired through your agreeing that Trump's actions have the force of law.)
