Because we have no idea if the reps at the booth are just contract workers there for a buck, same as call center workers.

That doesn't make them entitled to civility in the capacity of their work. Many of us are forced into jobs we hate, but few of those jobs are as rancid and legitimately dangerous to society as promoting AI slop.
