States need to amend their laws and organize different ways of reviewing and recommending vaccines now that the CDC is compromised.

States absolutely need to immediately find a new ways to protect their residents. I’d suggest all call their state representatives & governors. There are attempts to set up independent vax integrity panels. But at the end of the day, we can’t manage airborne epidemics on a state-by-state basis.
