Scarlets and Ospreys fans need to put their irreconcilable differences to good use, by forming an alliance on the basis of us being completely incompatible with one another, therefore killing any possibility of a merger. I would also like to take this opportunity to say fuck the Ospreys.
Due to the total lack of unity from the two regions half way West and all the way West, I think the fairest possible thing would be to base both new regions in Cardiff. One could play in Black & Blue and the other in Blue and Black. Due to the infighting it is literally the only option left.
One could play at the Arms Park, the other at Millennium Stadium
