I don't think the MAGA cultists will ever be reachable. However, there are non-MAGA voters who backed 47 based on his promises of economic relief -- relief he flamboyantly failed to deliver. Those voters are gettable. At this point, they don't even require persuasion. They are just that pissed.
Also, start organizing more on the local, and even State level for politics Observe how local representatives are complying with federal demands. Is their push back at the State Legislature? Does your community reject the hateful rhetoric? Fostering grass roots solidarity is more important than ever
