I found a really simple black bean soup recipe that’s a regular in the fall.

That sounds awesome. Does it have spice?
I spice it up myself but the basic recipe is just for the base and you can add whatever else you wish. It’s just 3 cans of black beans & your choice of a stock. Drain 2 cans & set aside, blend the third can with the liquid in the can and add stock and beans plus seasonings and whatever else.
Yess!!
my late aunt made the best beef barley soup and homemade rye bread served warm toasted with real butter not margarine whenever i am sick i have several cans of progresso beef barley soup and if no rye bread i use ritz crackers because they are the bomb
Home made vegetable soup, chicken soup, chicken tortilla soup, Hungarian goulash, beef stroganoff, sausage and sauerkraut stew.
Ooh you got it sorted!!! What time is dinner? 😃
Omg! cut it out! Looks sooooo good!
Thank you! I love to cook and being retired gives me that opportunity.
😊
Anytime, come on over 😊
Sounds good to me (looks fine, too).
Your polenta and ratatouille look AMAZING! What time should I be there for dinner?? 😋
Haha, when you're ready, there is always more in the pot when I make it!
I don’t think I’ve ever had ratatouille. I don’t really like eggplant but it looks good. And polenta is 🤤. I had Herbs de Provence roasted chicken and bread salad.
Garlic Bread & whatever pasta.
Always a winner in my house! 😀
Did anyone else first look at this and see a green cracked egg shell that looked like it was stuffed with something…?
