So true. My Utah congressman Mike Kennedy did a phone interview town hall and 15 thousand people were on the call and he just went through the Fox News talking points. No nuance and no curiosity to learn more about topics. Defended the indefensible and lied. Its endemic with MAGA

They are home for 5 weeks and will do one virtual town hall and call it work. No wonder they all work into their 80s. Imagine if the rest of us worked like they do.

To be fair, he drove over 4 hours away near the Colorado border to a town of 141 in Flaming Gorge then had one hour town halls in vernal and Roosevelt in the middle of the day. I’m all for him visiting all the counties BUT Utah county has a million people and nada. Gerrymandering at its finest

Until more of them face repercussions and get voted out, they’re going to continue their standard playbook. It’s going to take a massive blue wave to effect changes. It’s up to conservative voters and historically non voters to see the light like in 2020.

But you have to look beyond Faux and fiends to see it, and they rarely leave their safe space. And now that they are trying to silence any avenue they don’t control (PBS & NPR), there’s damn few left. Can you imagine hating Sesame Street and Mr. Rogers and still think you’re the good guys?
