The Democrats should have gone to court over the 2024 election results. There's no way trump won all the swing states yet dems won down ballot, why was this not challenged?

i’m going to lean more toward incompetence bc i think that even if they suspect fraud, they have so little control over the process that they wouldn’t be able to pinpoint the evidence, so what’s the point in complaining. being an election judge you see how much Dems trust that no volunteers are ops

Agree! Also when Congress met to count the Electoral College votes of the 2024 presidential election. There should have been at least one member of Congress objecting to Trump being declared the winner because a majority of both Houses of the previous Congress voted that he incited an insurrection.
