Yes. A federal judge rejected a DOJ request to release Epstein case-docs. But that’s a good thing..and in doing so, the judge also stated that (paraphrasing) ‘these are not the docts which shed new light anyway. Those are at DOJ and it is DOJ, which must decide whether there will be a release.
