Birds are avian dinosaurs. Terror Birds were predatory, flightless birds that emerged in South America 55 million years ago & after the creation of Isthmus of Panama spread to North America. They went extinct ~1.8 mya. They are as close to a second coming of dinosaurs as the Earth has seen.
