You can (for now) check with your local health department. They may be able to accommodate you, often for a reduced price based on your income if your insurance won't cover it.

You may be able to get more information on where to get a vaccine by calling 1-877-PA-HEALTH during normal business hours. This is the number listed on their website, which doesn't look to have been updated for a while. www.pa.gov/agencies/hea...
