They just announced that ICE may show up in my ER this week to snatch my patients. Unfortunately for them I'll be forgetting how to speak English.

Your local indivisible/50501 may be able to assist- provide extra eyes, extra warning time alert outside/off-site/ neighbrhood. It's awful you are in that position. As for language- yeah, anything not English or Spanish would waste some time. Who gave you a headsup?
