I love animals, but I can’t look after them anymore due to ill health So, I just admire everyone else’s I had to give my doggy to my brother 2 weeks ago. I had him since he was 12 weeks old. He is now 8 years old. Very difficult decision but I had to consider his needs 😢
So sorry for your loss. And you did the right thing by finding another home for your furry friend.
Your ability to do this speaks to how much love you have for your pet, and how good a person you are.
Aw, precious! 😍 But, I know what you mean, and it is the responsible thing to do. I'm the same way, if I can't give 100% care to an animal, it's not fair to either. I've had many pets in my life ever since I was 3 years old, but a time comes when one must face facts and do what is best.
Life happens, that was a loving thing to do. You found your sweet baby a good home and your brother will always have visits for you.
Good for you to recognize that you could no longer care for your sweet doggo and great your family member stepped up and you know where the little squeak is.
I’m facing this sooner than I’ve been ready. Horses are getting to be a bit more difficult as my disease progresses. 💜
That is the sign of a great owner. You dog will continue to have a good life and you can care for your health needs.
