That rethuglikkkan’s cruel, callous disregard for his constituent’s suffering is disturbing, but it's made more painful by his obvious enjoyment of the man’s pain. The Congressman's smug condescension and barely disguised smile made me ashamed.

Yeah, he was smirking and it was obvious he didn’t care about what that man said. The GQP is sadistic and cruel and have no intention to allow us to ever vote again, at least not in a free and fair election, so they do t care. But his smirk was sickening.
