Trained for a race this year using a heart rate based plan for the first (and probably last) time. Watch was never happy with my heart rate, even when I felt like it was a comfortable pace it was constantly yelling at me for being too high.
Exiting the target heart rate zone while walking and wonder how tf that counts as “training”
