I bet that the veto can be overridden by the parliament. There must be some mechanism for this. Polish people correct me if I’m wrong. Polish president has no real power.

Can be. The problem is the current coalition doesn't have sufficient majority. It needs support from Nawrocki's party (PiS), which is very unlikely to happen, as PiS turned more openly anti ukrainian. Or from pro russian Konfederacja, which is even less likely.
