3/3 Integrity requires adding: this is why I believe US v Trump (immunities case) was correct—not to protect Trump, but to protect Obama/Biden *from Trump.* Sotomayor dissent was dubious: imagine Trump/Bondi using James/Bragg tactics on Biden? Also, applies *only* to official acts.
