It only makes sense. Americans have been conditioned for over a century to fear and loathe anything suggesting economic justice, especially socialism or Marxism. Fascism, on the other hand, is good for business (especially weapon and casket production). Capitalists LOVE fascism.

A lot of the Trumpers are responding to things like the one below, which is fair enough. The measure of their ignorance lies in believing that Trump is actually going to do anything about it that will benefit them.
