I go for Quan Yin – If you cannot offer real compassion to youself, you will certainly not be able to offer it to another. With my upbringing, most of my kindness is other-centric, and I am wont to go without.

I learned of quan yin in my kung fu studies. Had a busier-than-average day. Past hour, I've been sorting through dating apps and tiktok, and generally coastin on the recliner. Might get up and putz around the apartment a bit. The goal this weekend was to catch up on rest. Workin myself sick lately.
