Refining capacity != crude production. Russia sells twice as much crude as refined products, and the lower the refining capacity you have, the more crude you have to sell. But see the thread further down.
Sure, but Russia will make a lot less money from selling crude than refined products.
As per the other thread (and it's more complex than just that). But we are talking about only 17% of refining capacity, which Russia will of course be constantly trying to repair. It's a great start, and hopefully can be taken even further, but people shouldn't expect spontaneous catastrophe @ 30%.
