The Supreme Court perhaps thought that as well. I’m being charitable to them here. However, within 24 hours the EHRC had already come out with an interim interpretation that trans women were men in law for all effective purposes. And always had been. And the government just went along with it.
Thanks. The scope of the stuff I've seen from the EHRC appears to be just the Equality Act, and covering mainly toilets and sports participation. Am I reading this wrong, or is there something else? www.equalityhumanrights.com/media-centre...
