Since 1985 this stuff was going on. Any one that reported it to the FBI, CIA and NYPD was told to mind their own business and do not spoil the fun.

I think it's safe to say that 'this stuff' has been going on since before recorded history. However, the body of information that has come to be called the 'Epstein files' has only been around since, maybe, 2015.
