Given he's a multi millionaire with good earnings prospects the commentators predict they have a prenup in which each keeps their own separately. So, no. Also she has great lawyers and great business sense so don't worry that she's going to get a bad deal.

I gather the law's a bit more complicated if they have children and depends more on state rules, so there could be issues about who pays what for child support in the case of divorce. But what do I know? I learned this stuff for the bar and then promptly forgot it.
