A judge is the only one authorized to hand down the death penalty as most of these deportations are. Send him & family to Canada!

IF he needs to be sent anywhere. This guy is a minnow, while they are selling pardons to people like the Silk Road guy Ross Ulbricht, and bringing back a convicted triple-murderer from Venezuela Dahud Hanid Ortiz and members of the Sinaloa Carte. I'm afraid of those guys, not Abrego-Garcia.
