The 26th Amendment lowered the voting age from 21 to 18 in July, 1971. In large part because you could get killed in Vietnam years before you were 21 with no say in being sent there. When I said they should lower it again to 13 somebody here told me I was crazy. (Duh). Let the ones dying vote.
