I'm trying to figure out a solution that doesn't end in a bloodbath, so somewhere between the debate and "Welp, we'll just have to shoot them all"? I'm older and not in the greatest shape health-wise so throwing rocks at police probably isn't in the cards for me. What do you propose?
Of the current prominent Democrats I think Pritzker has the best approach. Use the office, use the law, get super robust with what you're opposing and how. Avoid the sideshow and be the main event. Works for the base and for moderates as well.
Where Newsom has done well in my opinion is with things like redistricting. He's shown he has a weapon and he's willing to use it. That's good.
