DHS has imposed policies requiring advance notice for these visits. Initially, a 72-hour notice was required, but this has been increased to a week's notice in some cases. Every single ice prisoner has had their human rights massively violated. Every. Single. One.
I suspect they wont heed the ruling. After all they're running under Temu Gus Fring's (Bove's) standard of complete and absolute disregard for the courts.

I am saddened to concede this, but time is due to create large, un-armed patrols to stop the police, ICE agents, and FBI agents from terrorizing citizens. The method will be simple: - vastly outnumber the agents; - surround them; - disarm them; - unmask and identify; - hold them until we're free.
While it is what is needed, don't forget to carefully vet whoever is in those patrols. All it will take is one infiltrator to make things worse.
You’re asking people to put their own lives at risk. It’s a tough ask given we have zero democratic leadership. Give people something to fight for ffs.
