The oath I took was to seek justice. Nothing about this regime, ICE, or the shredding of the Constitution they’re engaged in is just. They are therefore my enemy. They are standing between me and what I swore an oath to do. That is their choice. It’s a goddamn stupid choice, but it’s their choice.

This is what I think Governor Newsom and other Governors should do. Call up their State Gaurds to confront ICEholes. Citizens should sign up to join the State Gaurds instead of the national gaurd.

Unfortunately, an appellate court just reversed (today I believe) the ruling of the California state court that Trump must return control of the Guard to the governor. So anyone who joins the Guard needs to know that they’ll likely be federalized unless the Supreme Court says otherwise.

I would argue instead that those opposed to this regime do what the NRA and all its whack job members claimed they were doing for decades and then failed to do: utilize the 2nd Amend. to arm yourselves. There are dozens of tactical gear sites that’ll sell you almost all of what ICE is using.

That way, if you see masked, armed, and unidentified men attempting to kidnap someone, you are lawfully permitted under defense of self or others to stop that kidnapping. If shooting the kidnappers is what it takes, it’s a lawful shoot. And them claiming “we’re feds” with no ID isn’t enough.

That's why Citizens should join the State Gaurds instead of the national gaurd. Only way State Gaurds can be federalise is by a Federal Draft. And that takes all of congress.

This needs to be considered but with caution.

Yeah he can’t initiate a draft on his own, but the problem is his party controls both chambers of congress and has shown zero signs of being willing to stop him. As for the argument about him declaring war, he can’t - but unfortunately, going back to Vietnam, that’s become a technicality.
