It isn't bullshit when it is true. I have known Marine's and Navy Seals who were violent, and snapped in a second. I watched a guy at a party beat a man with a plastic chair, and knock his friends girlfriend out to fall in a fire. That same guy curb stomped a guy to DEATH, and went to prison.
