Saw a video of a Palestinian Hamas supporting mom celebrating that her children died for the cause and she had no more left. Both sides have committed barbaric acts. Both are horrible. Just seems one happily does so on their own people. Religion is cancer.
I wouldn’t equal Israel with Hamas. Would you really want to live under Hamas rule even before the war? In Israel they have pride parades and democracy. Are they perfect? Of course not, but Hamas rule are hell where gay people are murdered (as just one example). 1/2
Democracies must sometimes act very ruthlessly in order to defeat evil extremists rule. Remember what actions that were taken against nazi Germany and imperialist Japan. The civilians of these countries experienced a hell that was way worse.More civilians could die in one day compared to all in Gaza
And I absolutely agree Hamas is barbaric. Mothers celebrating the death of their children, radicalizing the young. It’s gross, and it’s the elephant in the room we MUST start talking about. Fanaticism in ANY religion is bad business
I look at their government as very evil with its current leadership. Bibi and Trump are cut from the same cloth. As an American, I do not want anyone thinking we support the awful things he is doing, and I am sure there are Israelis that feel the same way.
