As a European, I'm finding it harder and harder to differentiate between satire and bat shit crazy that is in charge of what's left of America. Seriously, it must be absolutely terrifying for normal, decent Americans these days.

As an older American, I find this all too surreal and confusing. We are literally getting propaganda bombed to keep us unfocused and worn down. Also, there's effective "us vs. them" tactics to promote infighting while the orchestrators watch and enjoy. We're in real trouble.

I honestly feel for you, it's exhausting watching it from over here, but it must be just appalling from where you are sitting. I was last in the US in 1994, in Illinois and it was just fantastic lord knows what it's like today. This evil little man has reduced a beautiful country to a joke.

Friend of mine said it well as "the most beautiful third world country he ever visited after spending two weeks in some real Southern countryside. He could travel to the city and have some of the best food ever made. 45 minutes in the other direction is the best BBQ ever...
