Will withstand a Category 2 according to the info on X. Anything stronger and those prisoners will die. The flooding is a concern when there's electricity present.

🙄 Anyone see what a storm with 100 mph winds over a trailer park leaves behind? This is a tent city - I don't know of too many tents able to withstand a CAT 2 gust of wind.. forget about rainfall flooding in the middle of a swamp. Perfect storm, & you know they won't go out of their way for evac.
