Anytime i see someone do the whole "law roach is too mean" thing i just assume they're a little racist.

I won’t normalize mean, I can’t watch those shows. Bullied as a kid and still recovering at 60. Not entertained
a lot of people really want their reality competition shows to be pleasant and happy go lucky and idk why you'd waste your time with that but go off I guess.
yuh reality tv is a vicious animal that feeds off its cast, but also it's 2025 if you're applying for a reality tv show unaware of the concept of production that's a you issue.
Not the possible subtweet! I hesitated saying I was irked by Law Roach because it’s easy to twist it into something it’s not. Nina is a not nice either. A lot of judges aren’t. But Law Roach comes across as saying things to get a rise out of the contestants (yes, good tv) and not much else.
Yeah, I’m always like “what does MEAN mean?”
I think people just think a black man being confident in his skills and saying it succinctly to others is mean. He hasn’t been wrong once and still people keep giving him shit!
People act like he’s bullying them.
right! and all he's saying is learn how to accessorize or own your own story. He's giving them actual advice on how to make it in the fashion world!
Michael Kors was way meaner in general and a lot of the time it was unjustified.
Having only seen him on Drag Race (where they don’t really mention his accolades), seeing him on Project Runway and knowing what he’s actually accomplished recently like… I feel like what he is is real, not “mean” he doesn’t dice his words but he’s truthful with everything
he treats the contestants like adults, which they all are!
ALSO!! Sure he grills people, but in instances where contestants got heated back at him, he actually stops to let them beak off and find out why they’re upset and give further help on the critique
