My daughter and I, both disabled, have little hope in these times.
You are not alone. Stay strong.

Unfortunately people over a certain age won’t be welcome either unless they are uber wealthy or married to a person from the country they are trying to immigrate to. My husband is English and I’d love to move to England but he loves California especially Los Angeles, because of the heat and the sun.
A lot of countries require a modest passive income. $30K a year for 1. $35 for 2. (Italy) Often much less. It’s not a question of uber wealth for me It’s happiness and peacefulness And good food & neighbors
I was talking to someone from Australia who said, age and income was a factor. I forgot about Latin countries.
I’ve been searching in Italy for 4+ yrs It’s a news free hobby for me There are decent places in villages for $30,000+ sometimes less. Sure there r costly fancy places. Not our focus! Kitchen a bath or 2 and maybe 2 bedrooms It’s a dream but it’s good to dream
Sounds good to me. Italy is such a beautiful country and the food is amazing and the people are very nice too. Greece is also a great place to retire.
YouTube is another good resource for house hunting overseas.. Plenty of great people to watch tell their stories and show properties
I’d love to go back to Italy. 🇮🇹
Us too
It’s such a beautiful country and who can pass up the amazing food?
I know, right.
