Who are the people answering the phones? Are they volunteers or being paid? I routinely call the WH (sometimes there are as few as 12 people ahead of me) and this is a question they refuse to answer. We deserve to know what people are calling in about.

It's so tacky and trashy now, anyway, Ralph. Nobody wants to see or smell that anytime soon. We are going to have to do some fumigations, exorcisms, etc. before it's respected again.
