KOTOR stands for Knights of the Old Republic, a Star Wars game. There's a character there named Revan, who, as part of the backstory leading up to the game's events, led a faction of militant Jedi who called themselves the Revanchists.

Well, there's more to the story than vengeance. Mandalorians were going batshit and conquering a bunch of Republic worlds while the Jedi Council sat on their asses, and it was Revan and the Revanchists who defeated them. But yes, many of them fell to the dark side in the process, even Revan himself.
