Its beautiful! I couldn’t figure out why my quick breads weren’t rising like this gorgeous loaf. Finally checked the baking powder can and discovered how old it was.

After it’s devoured:

Pumpkin bread was always my favorite part of the holidays when I was growing up. My mom used to make me my own loaf so I didn't eat everyone else's. A warm slice with a shed load of butter... oh I'm drooling now 😋
