Have you ever been to that region? I would bet U haven't, or if U have U didn't leave the city. Decatur is 60 m from Albertville, and 30 m from Huntsville and in between all of that is nothing farmland and churches so yes it's rural, & none of these towns except Huntsville are very big at all.
