The thing about the Cracker Barrel uproar is that it’s a perfect illustration of how these people are in charge of everything, they’re running the entire country and diminishing Dem power at every turn and they are STILL UNHAPPY. Their entire brand is “angry and oppressed” and it always will be.
And yet I don't hear them mad about the Epstein files anymore. Always mad about bullshit and can't remember anything longer than a week ago.
The need to be angry about Cracker Barrel and trans rights because them being angry about the environment, jobs or healthcare would be bad for the corporations that own the GOP.

They will never give up on finding things to be upset about no matter how much power and control they have because contentedness is impossible for them and goes against everything they believe in. And their leaders will always be manufacturing new outrages because it’s how they keep their power.
This is what I was saying the other day. This is a perfect example of why you can't give them an inch on anything, because they will find something to be angry at. They are Grievanced Americans. There's no amount of compliance or cooperation to satisfy them.
