The government explained very clearly what it meant when it wrote and passed the GRA; the judge was deliberate in ignoring that.

I agree! Now if the govt 'really' does support trans rights, the ball is in their court to revise the wording of the Equality/Gender Reform Acts to remove any ambiguity in the wording... and with a large majority, they can push it though. If they don't, they reveal where they really stand!!
