You can't. Removal of one predatory opportunist class changes the relative dynamic and creates new predator opportunist classes. This is just endemic to being human. Even if you succeeded for a generation, more will be born. The only sustainable option is greater public participation in governance.

You are conflating the arguments used to prop up capitalism with the argument that some people are born with certain tendencies baked in. What's your plan for managing with those with actual NPD? ASPD? How about the milder and ersatz forms? Do we lock them in jail forever? Throw them off a cliff?
