Oh, where did you get that idea!? I have never called for the UK to unilaterally declare it is going to rejoin again. I do want the UK to rejoin, and I'm not even British. And I am convinced that both the UK and EU will be stronger with the UK a member again. But not this UK in a midlife crisis. 1

I have also repeatedly said that before the UK can seriously consider rejoining, the EU or even "just" the SM, it needs to get rid of FPTP to prevent a future hard right government, be it Reform or Tory, to take the UK out again on a minority of the vote. 2

But it is clear that Labour once again is putting party over country, so yeah. 3/3
