I don’t believe they can’t wait for four years. Taiwan never been official recognised as a statehood since 1949 by UK government. Did Taiwan have been controlled by CCP ever?

Who control on Palestin right now? I don't see any change with their "government" at the moment. Who can relocate and minimise the death in their place. If they cannot do it, this is not a good statehood need to be recognised.
