I’m sure it’s worse. More rude , selfish, arrogant and ignorant people insulated in their tanks. “Get off the road they’re for cars”. No pal, they’re a right to pass for people, whose choice of transport is irrelevant and your bigger, heavier, more polluting choice does not give you more right.

Well said. I can only assume they never walk, cycle or use public transport. I’m not perfect but when I drive I do try and see it from all perspectives

Absolutely these replies! When I’m driving and see pedestrians on the road, I demonstrably slow down and make it clear that I am moving over to give them space as I know this is what I expect when I’m walking on roads. But some walkers just completely ignore me - even when I wave!! Rude.

Have to be a bit careful here as sometimes I get annoyed that a person didn’t wave and OH tells me they did the local ‘just-to-say lifting an index finger off the steering wheel’ thing - and sometimes even a slight nod of the head, especially if they know you 😂
